Are you familiar with country buying and looking for an exciting career opportunity? Center Parcs, headquartered in Peer, Belgium, is seeking a Country Lead Buyer Operations BE/NL. In this role, you will play a crucial role in our procurement activities for Belgium and the Netherlands. You are the one who knows how to translate the strategy to the local network. What are you going to do as a Country Lead Buyer Operations BE/NL?

  • Responsible for the full procurement process from business requirements consolidation up to contracting and Supplier Relationship Management, in compliance with the group ethics & corporate social responsibility rules;
  • Responsible for procurement performance (cost, cash, sourcing, CSR) and driving optimizations, in accordance with the group procurement strategy and processes
  • Ensuring on-going value proposition and competitiveness on projects under his responsibility in close collaboration with the respective Business Lines, Category Managers and Country Lead Buyers;
  • Ensuring project sourcing and contracts are in line with the companies sustainability objectives: track and optimize the carbon trajectory, reduction of the ecological footprint, inclusion disabled people.

Votre profil

  • Master degree with 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;

  • You speak fluently Dutch and English. It’s a plus if you speak French;

  • You are willing to travel;

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.) and SAP;

  • Ability to translate business needs into project sourcing strategies;

  • Strong negotiation skills and persuasive comminicator;

  • Passionate about Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR);

  • Familiarity with Ivalua/Perangusta is a plus.
