Your tasks:
Marketing
- launching Center Parcs Nordborg Resort in order to reach the sales targets using media, marketing communication, activation and Social Media as well as cooperations with external partners (brand, sales)
- manage the annual marketing plan that is a part of the park plan and to achieve the marketing targets of Center Parcs Nordborg Resort
- defining the right product and customer experiences for Center Parcs Nordborg Resort in collaboration with the product (marketing) departments (product strategy, product development and operational support)
- ensure the right execution of this product in Center Parcs Nordborg Resort with explicit regard to the Brand Identity (“Human Nature”)
- align and cooperate with all departments and stakeholders to strengthen the brand Center Parcs and to improve the customer journey and experience in DK.
Sales
- achieve the Revenue Budget of Center Parcs Nordborg Resort and to manage the annual sales plan
- manage the business development: new partnerships, commercial partner, TO, OTA, incl. sales reviews preparation and monitoring sales
- analyze market trends , propose, deploy ideas and actions to develop the business as well as to respect the allocated expenses budget
