Customer Service Agent (m/f/d) (Danish-speaking)

Now, as we have just opened a new chapter with the launch of Center Parcs Nordborg Resort in Scandinavia, we are expanding our portfolio with the popular destination of Denmark.
The Center Parcs Nordborg Resort is located on the charming southern Danish island of Als, close to the mainland of Jutland. With 720 holiday homes and a team of around 200 dedicated employees, we will welcome approximately 160,000 guests annually.

Then join us on this exciting journey! We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Agent (m/w/d) for our Call Center at the Head Office in Cologne to support guest service for the new Nordborg Resort in Denmark.
Your tasks
- You assist and advise our Danish-speaking guests, primarily over the phone (inbound)
- You handle guest inquiries such as booking inquiries, pre arrival questions or questions regarding our new Nordborg Resort
- You make bookings in our booking system and take over administrative tasks in the back office
- You listen to our guests when something hasn't gone as planned and ensure they leave satisfied
- You assist other teams with e.g. spelling checks or translations for danish website, social media etc
