As Corporate Recruiter, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across our parks and headquarters in the Netherlands and Belgium. You’ll work closely with HR teams locally and internationally, driving improvements in our hiring process, systems, and candidate experience.

Your Daily Impact
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid-level to leadership roles across the Netherlands and Belgium, ensuring alignment with local market dynamics and organizational goals
- Serve as a strategic recruitment advisor, developing and implementing tailored talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates and enhance employer branding
- Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools (including ATS management), and candidate experience to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage talent pipeline development and early career programs, including campus recruitment, partnerships with educational institutions, and succession planning to meet future workforce needs
